Our Be a Santa to a Senior program is an opportunity for local organizations and businesses to touch the lives of lonely or forgotten seniors in the Baton Rouge community. The seniors we outreach generally do not have family support during the holidays.
SIGN-UP for the 2014 Christmas Season.
How the Be a Santa to a Senior program works:
The list of senior participants comes from local healthcare facilities or non-profit organizations.
Each senior will have a separate “ornament” tag for his/her gift.
Your group chooses the number of seniors you wish to sponsor.
You “wrap” your gifts in a GIFT BAG. See our suggestion list below for gift idea inspiration.
Your business may place promotional items or brochures in the donated gift(s) to let the seniors know about your services. Your company name/logo will be featured in our social media.
You bring your gifts to the Baton Rouge Home Instead office at 5055 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., Baton Rouge, NO LATER THAN December 1, 2014. We can also pick your gifts up.
Please take your commitment seriously. Remember that your gift may be the only one a needy senior receives this year!
